Expressing Your Opinions: Say What You Think

Use these simple phrases to tell people what you think:

  1. “I think …”
  2. “I believe …”
  3. “In my opinion, …”

Agreeing and Disagreeing: Join the Conversation

Use these easy phrases to agree or disagree with someone:

  1. Agreeing:
    • “I agree.”
    • “Yes, you’re right.”
    • “I think so, too.”
  2. Disagreeing:
    • “I don’t agree.”
    • “I think it’s different.”
    • “No, I don’t think so.”

Not Sure or No Strong Opinion: It’s Okay to Be in the Middle

Sometimes we don’t know or don’t have a strong opinion. Use these phrases:

  1. “I’m not sure.”
  2. “Maybe, maybe not.”
  3. “I don’t know.”
