Refund & Cancellation Policy

General Policy
Due to the nature of online coaching services, refunds are generally not offered once a lesson, package, or subscription has been purchased.
Lesson Packages
- Unused credits are non-refundable.
- Credits do not expire unless otherwise stated.
- Missed lessons without proper cancellation are not refundable.
Subscriptions
- Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis.
- You may cancel at any time to stop future billing.
- Partial refunds for unused subscription time are not provided.
Legal Exceptions
Refunds may be issued where required by applicable consumer protection laws, including but not limited to:
- EU and UK consumer rights for digital services
- Local mandatory cooling-off periods where applicable
- Billing errors or duplicate charges
Technical Issues
If a lesson cannot be delivered due to a technical failure on our side, we will reschedule the session or issue a credit at our discretion.

- Description of the issue
