These Terms of Service govern your use of English coaching services provided by RichardG.XYZ. By purchasing a lesson, package, or subscription, or by booking a session, you agree to these terms.

1. Services Provided

RichardG.XYZ provides online English language coaching, including but not limited to:

  • Conversation practice
  • Business English coaching
  • IELTS preparation
  • Custom one-to-one lessons
  • Subscription-based daily conversation programs

All services are delivered online via third-party video platforms.

2. Accounts and Access

You are responsible for using the same email address for payment and login so your bookings and credits are properly linked.

Sharing accounts, reselling lessons, or allowing others to use your bookings is not permitted.

3. Booking Rules

  • Bookings are subject to teacher availability.
  • Lessons must be booked through the official booking system.
  • Missed lessons without proper cancellation are considered used.

4. Subscription Programs

Subscription plans allow eligible users to book lessons under defined limits.

  • Maximum of one class per calendar day.
  • Lessons cannot be carried over or banked.
  • Subscription access may be limited to a fixed number of active members.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Cancellations made at least 2 hours before the lesson are penalty-free.
  • Late cancellations or no-shows may be counted as used lessons.

6. Payments

All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.

7. Conduct

Respectful behavior is required at all times. Harassment, abuse, or inappropriate conduct may result in termination of service without refund.

8. Limitation of Liability

Coaching services are educational in nature. Results vary by individual, and no specific outcomes are guaranteed.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable consumer protection laws based on your country of residence. Where permitted, disputes will be resolved under the laws of the service provider’s operating jurisdiction.
